Winograd, Benjamin

Benjamin is participating in the RBC Graduate Leadership Program, a two-year program that provides him with the opportunity to rotate across different parts of the organization. He completed his first rotation in Los Angeles with City National Bank leading the integration of a new client service model. Benjamin grew up in Vancouver and joined RBC in 2005 as a summer student while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia. As part of his degree, he spent six months at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He moved to Toronto in 2009 with RBC and acquired an MBA at the University of Toronto in 2012. Benjamin and his wife are both active in the community. He currently serves as an Executive Member of the Sunnybrook Next Generation board.
