Weymark, Richard

Richard is a Continuous Improvement Lead at Teck Resources’ Highland Valley Copper mine outside of Kamloops, where he lives with his wife and daughter. In his current role he is responsible for implementing cost reduction and improvement initiatives across multiple departments. Richard has worked for Teck for nine years and has previously held roles in Mine Engineering and Mine Operations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Processing from UBC and has also recently completed his MBA through Queen’s University.
