Wasilenchuk, Chris

As Vice President of CMAW Local 1995, Chris advocates for 1000 members in the areas of safety, workplace harassment, contract negotiations and benefits. His union contributes to the community by sponsoring local teams and volunteering to help youth develop an interest in the trades. As trustee on the Pension and Benefit Board, Chris increased benefits by doubling parameds for members. Chris also sits on the Board of Directors for Concert Properties, which recently donated a new Burn Fund Centre for families in times of need. Chris plays hockey, runs, hikes, swims and cycles, and will complete his first triathlon in 2017.
