Transformational leadership and advocacy are two of Eric’s professional interests. He wants to understand how transformational leadership can empower and support others to create a better society. Personally, he is interested in equity and social justice. Having travelled and volunteered globally, it has made him realize how fortunate we are. Currently, Eric is a PhD student with a focus in education and social justice. I hold a Master of Education, where he studied the integration of newcomers to Canada. He is a recipient of the Graduate Studies Award and nominated for the Graduate Studies Fellowship from the University of Manitoba.
