Tony is Anneke’s dad and Lisa’s husband, and when he goes to work he is the Director of Resource Management for Skeena Region with BC’s Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations. As Director, Tony supports a team of professionals responsible for delivering the Province’s fish, wildlife and ecosystem research, assessment, planning and management programs across the northwest third of British Columbia. Tony divides his time between where the rubber hits the road and where there are no roads yet, helping build practical partnership-based responses to complex challenges such as climate change resilience, cumulative effects management, and species-at-risk recovery. He also works extensively with Indigenous governments and communities co-designing and implementing collaborative management.
