In previous roles with the City of Toronto, Tobias led the development of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, created the Toronto Urban Fellows Program, and directed the planning and delivery of the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games. Tobias is currently a Director with Toronto Employment & Social Services responsible for strategic planning, policy, research and business intelligence. Tobias is a huge fan of Canada’s diversity, parks, music, trivia, playing with children, pizza, and the Toronto Raptors.
