Li, Victoria

Victoria currently leads a team in the development and operationalization of all people strategies that enable the successful execution of major capital projects at Suncor, including Canada’s Fort Hills mega project, as they grow to a 1600+ workforce. Her 20-year career with Suncor and its predecessor company has been diverse working in both the Downstream and Upstream businesses in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. Her last role was Director, Lubricants Sales, where she had the pleasure of working in partnership with hundreds of Canada’s largest companies across a broad range of resource industries. Victoria is passionate about mentorship and leadership and is a steering committee member for the Major Projects Women’s Diversity Initiative. She loves supporting her children’s many passions and activities, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
