Hann, Earl

Earl is President of Local 7104, the largest local within the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE). As the General Service Component Board Member, he promotes, fosters and protects the interests and well-being of over 25,000 union members looking to advance their general welfare and conditions of employment through negotiated collective agreements. With over 15 years of business and economic development experience and a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University, he is a critical thinker who has the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, build relationships and align resources.
