Communicator. Cultural Navigator. City Builder. This is how Saumya likes to describe herself. Born and raised in New Delhi, Saumya has lived and worked on three continents (Canada, UK, India). A multifaceted communications professional for over 14 years, she has worked in the areas of employer branding, talent management, diversity and culture change. She has worked in different industries such as IT, commodities, public and private media for renowned brands such as British Sky Broadcasting and the CBC, and currently works as Manager, Change Management and Communications for a first-of-its-kind HR Transformation program at Rogers. Saumya is highly passionate about civic engagement and is a 2010 Civic Action DiverseCity Fellow and a Global Responsible Leader, BMW Foundation. Her main interests include arts and culture and theatre in particular.
