Après sa formation en génie, Stéphanie a fait ses premières armes à titre de consultante, amélioration de la productivité et soutien aux cadres. Elle est ensuite allée travailler en France, dans le secteur des services bancaires aux grandes entreprises et des opérations de banque d’affaires, où elle a dirigé des équipes de TI dans plusieurs emplacements. Sans cesse en quête de nouveaux défis à relever, Stéphanie est revenue au Canada en 2012 pour faire un MBA aux HEC de Montréal et elle est entrée à KPMG en 2013, au groupe consultatif stratégique. Au bout de trois ans, elle s’est jointe au Cirque du Soleil à titre de directrice générale, vice-présidence des spectacles de tournée. Stéphanie est également la vice-présidente du conseil d’Alumni HEC Montréal.
Tina, résidente de la ville du Grand Sudbury, détient un baccalauréat de l’Université Queen’s et une maŒtrise de l’Université de Waterloo en génie mécanique. Elle est actuellement doyenne, Écoles des Métiers et technologies appliquées/École de l’environnement et des richesses naturelles au Collège Boréal. Elle siège à de nombreux comités locaux, provinciaux et nationaux. Dans le passé, elle a occupé des postes de direction à Science Nord et Siemens Power Generation.
