Caputo, Rosie

Rosie is a successful leader with 26 years of diversified managerial experiences within RBC Royal Bank. Her most recent functions involve leading RBC’s largest commercial senior sales teams while implementing change strategies to increase performance. Previous experiences entailed implementation of several new bank concepts within: Personal and Small Business and Commercial Financial Services (CFS) Platforms, as well as branch management, personal and commercial credit adjudication and managing some 1,300+ client relationships in the current commercial sector. Rosie is also a Board Member on various committees. She holds an MBA (Financial Services) degree from Dalhousie University and lives in Montreal with her spouse and two children.
