Luella is currently an Instructor in the School of Business and Creative Industries at the Nova Scotia Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master of Business Administration. Having spent time in Government, Non-Profit, and Private sectors, Luella came to Academia over nine years ago. Her current focus is building leadership capacity in our youth through her role in the classroom, and as Faculty Advisor for the Enactus NSCC Ivany Campus team. Her Enactus work involves coaching and mentoring students to develop projects and social enterprises that address the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. She is also proud of her work in the community as a Rotarian, and received a Paul Harris recognition from the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour for her contributions.
