Clément is a Policy Development and Research Manager with the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services, where he supports strategic initiatives for Military Family Resource Centres in Canada and abroad. Prior to this, Clément worked mostly with Community Health Centres across Ontario. He is a long-time advocate for reducing health disparities among underserved populations. Clément’s expertise is in leading change and innovation in dental, chronic disease self-management, telemedicine, mental health and counselling programs. He earned a Master’s in Public Health from Simon Fraser University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Ottawa.
