Specializing in adult learning, she left teaching for management so she could have a greater impact on improving well-being in the workplace. Her collaborative approach, with a focus on client excellence and social involvement, earned her a solid reputation as an authentic leader. She spent the last 20 years in the Federal Public Service, determined to make a difference and coach the people around her to become the best they can be. Annie loves to dance, cook and travel, but her greatest love is for her two grown-up daughters.
