Massie, Jay

Jay started working for ATCO Electric Yukon in 1989. Over his 28 year career with ATCO, he has worked in all aspects of the business. A Power Line Technician by trade, he held a number of progressive leadership roles prior to becoming the company’s manager in 2012. Jay is responsible for all aspects of ATCO’s day-to-day operations and capital programs. He leads a company of 70 employees that operate 12 power plants and various distribution systems in 19 communities across the Yukon. Jay is a multi-generational Yukoner and Ta’an Kwach’an Council citizen. He is Vice Chair of the Yukon Hospital Corporation Board of Trustees and a hockey coach.
