Holland, Nikki

Nikki is responsible for communications, public affairs and government relations with all levels of government for the Union, while also serving as its public voice. Prior to joining the Carpenters’ District Council, Nikki was the Vice President, Public Affairs at Invest Toronto and Manager at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Nikki also has significant government and political experience. She spent nearly ten years working in the Ontario Government with Cabinet Ministers and Members of Provincial Parliament. She is a seasoned campaign manager who leads training sessions and speaks publicly about best practices for communicating with government. Nikki lives in Toronto, where she is involved in a variety of charitable committees and boards and notes politics, music and theatre as her greatest hobbies.
