Duffett, Connie

Connie is an accomplished HR professional with over 14 years of experience in the public sector. She is responsible for implementing both strategic and operational human resource management initiatives. Connie specializes in Talent Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Relations and Organizational Development. She has always had a strong desire to give back to the community and help others. Connie has served on the Board of Directors with Choices for Youth, Special Olympics and is presently on the Board of Stella’s Circle and the Chair of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Connie holds Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Operative) and Master of Employment Relations degrees from Memorial University and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University.
