Coldwell, Tim

Tim is a husband, dad and entrepreneur focused on leading by serving, culture, and the monetization of ideas. He serves as Managing Director for Chandos Construction, an employee-owned general contractor that is leading change in the Canadian construction industry. Chandos was the first (and is the largest) B-Corp certified general contractor in North America. Tim believes that business can generate economic value in a way that also produces value for society by addressing its challenges. An avid community supporter, Tim sits on several North American boards and is a past campaign co-chair with the United Way.
