A proud northerner, Christian has over ten years of research and public service experience with Federal, Provincial and Territorial Governments. He has worked in the fields of communications, policy, Aboriginal and treaty rights, systems implementation and program administration across the North. To play a part in building the Canada of tomorrow, Christian has led federal efforts to implement a new whole-of-government model of consultation practice throughout the North. In March 2016, he chaired a Northern Governance Conference in Yellowknife that offered a view of what successful partnership and collaboration between governments and Indigenous Peoples can be going forward. Christian is also the Past-Chair of the Northwest Territories Regional Group of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada.
